HAPPY FEET
Let’s explore the importance of the quality of foot movements and
how this impacts on everything above them.
Come and learn easy and useful techniques and exercises for better foot health.
For whom:
Health and movement professionals, pregnant women, postpartum women, and anyone… with feet!
In-person workshop, focused on practice:
Mobility and strengthening exercises, manual therapy and playful somatic education
with theoretical contextualization and case studies.
Topics covered:
- The feet according to the biotensegrity principles
- Connection to the pelvic floor and other diaphragms
- Feet and pelvic dysfunctions
- Plantar fasciitis, bunions… inevitable or preventable?
- Feet during pregnancy, postpartum and menopause
- Footwear: it’s not quite like you were told…
- And others topics that will emerge during the workshop!
- WORKSHOP 2: Perinatal Somatic Practice - Fundamentals, with Anne Sobotta
A full day of movement practices inspired by various schools of somatic education, as well as providing theoretical contexts surrounding pregnancy and childbirth.

OBJECTIVES
- To provide participants with an embodied experience of movement practice inspired by different somatic approaches that have been selected and enhanced to address the needs of pregnant and postpartum people.
- Enhance personal well-being and help participants understand and apply the variety of corporal practices that may be used in perinatal care.
OBSERVATIONS:
- – The masterclasses are not a substitute for longer courses (teacher trainings). They can serve as an introduction to them, particularly for those who have no experience with movement practice.
- – The masterclasses focus on bodily practices and experiences. They are not a professional training and do not offer a certificate of “course completion” (a certificate of participation will be provided to anyone who requests it).
- – People enrolled in the masterclass and interested in participating in teacher trainings will have access to an exclusive discount for the trainings open in 2025.
